Oatmeal 1/2 cup GL 6
Popcorn GL 3
1 slice white bread GL 8
Soy milk GL 4
Tomato juice GL 3
Apple, pineapple, orange GL 12-15
Yoghurt, Milk, ice cream GL 6-9
Beans, peanut, lentil
All vege except corn, potatoes
Local Fruits GL 4-13
